JOB TITLE: JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day

accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with

company policies and statutory regulations. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting

knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

KEY RESPONSIBITIES:

• Record daily accounting transactions.
• Prepare and maintain payment and receipt vouchers.
• Process vendor invoices and customer payments.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Maintain petty cash records.
• Prepare and organize financial documents and reports.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
• Support payroll and reimbursement processing.
• Maintain proper filing of accounting records.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial documents.
• Perform other accounting-related duties assigned by the reporting manager.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Familiarity with MS Excel and accounting software (Tally Prime or similar).
• Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic bookkeeping.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:

• MBA (Finance), M. Com, or CA Inter (preferred but not mandatory).
