JOB DESCRIPTION ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT

Position: Accounts Executive / Accountant
Department: Accounts & Finance
Reporting To: Accounts Manager / HOD – Finance

Job Summary

Responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, statutory compliances, banking transactions, audit coordination, and maintaining accurate financial records in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Working knowledge of TDS provisions and compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of banking transactions and bank reconciliation.
• Experience in audit coordination and documentation.
• Basic to good knowledge of GST and other statutory compliances.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP.
• Good analytical, reconciliation, and documentation skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification & Experience

• Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent.
• Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
• Experience in a manufacturing/company environment will be an added advantage.
