Accountant

Role Overview:

Thinkbotic Technology Private Limited is looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial records, ensure statutory compliance, and support day-to-day accounting operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and reporting, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily accounting activities including data entry, bookkeeping, and account reconciliations.
• Work on Tally ERP for financial entries, vouchers, and basic reporting.
• Support GST, TDS, and other tax filing processes under supervision.
• Assist in preparing financial statements, invoices, and MIS reports.
• Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable.
• Support payroll processing and employee expense tracking.
• Assist in budgeting, financial analysis, and audit-related activities.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with accounting procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance).
• Basic understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of Tally ERP (preferred) or strong willingness to learn.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel for basic calculations and data handling.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a positive learning attitude.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a startup / fast-paced environment.
