About this role
Roles and Responsibilities :
- PR to PO conversion (no sourcing activities initially)
- PO expediting (supplier acknowledgment and delivery confirmation)
- PO amendments/change orders
- Resolution of invoice discrepancies related to PO quantity, pricing, and delivery issues
- Periodic PO closeout activities
- Stakeholder management , fluency in English, presentation skills
- US supplier interaction & escalation management
- SAP Hana PO , MS excel proficiency
- vendor master data rectification
Job Requirements :
- 4-10 years of experience in accountancy or a related field.
- Strong understanding of PR/PO (Purchase Requisition/Purchase Order) creation and management.
- Proficiency in S2P (Source-to-Pay) software applications such as Ariba or Coupa.
