- Preparation and maintenance of books of accounts in compliance with applicable accounting standards, including Ind AS.
- Assisting in statutory audits and ensuring timely closure of audit requirements.
- Coordinating with Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors, and other regulatory authorities for smooth completion of audits and compliance reviews.
- Managing monthly financial closing activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Preparing and filing GST returns, ensuring timely compliance with GST regulations and handling related assessments/notices.
- Managing TDS compliance, including deduction, deposit of taxes, preparation and filing of periodic TDS returns, and reconciliation of tax records.
- Monitoring and facilitating timely payment of advance tax and other direct tax liabilities.
- Preparing data and documentation required for Tax Audit, Transfer Pricing Audit, and other regulatory filings.
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1-5 years of experience in Finance, General Accounting, or Statutory Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of Ind AS, Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, TDS, and Transfer Pricing regulations.
- Hands-on experience in financial reporting, audit coordination, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Proficient in ERP systems, MS Excel, and preferably SAP.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelors degree in B.Com (Pass/Honors) or equivalent.
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Should have Basic Accounting knowledge
