Madlyn Studio de Design is looking for a responsible and detail oriented Accountant to manage day to day accounts, statutory records and payment coordination.

Location: Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi

Timings: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM

Work Mode: Work from office/hybrid

Key Responsibilities

• Raising client bills and purchase invoices

• Maintaining daily entries of all important financial data

• Recording bank statements on a weekly basis

• Reconciling and matching incoming and outgoing payments

• Following up with clients regarding outstanding payments, bills and documentation

• Preparing GST return data and verifying it before submission to the CA

• Ensuring timely filing of GST and TDS returns

• Completing vendor registration forms and supporting documentation

• Maintaining accurate and updated books of accounts

• Ensuring all books and entries are completed before filing the Income Tax Return

• Coordinating with the CA and internal team for accounts related requirements

Requirements

• Prior experience in accounting and bookkeeping

• Working knowledge of GST, TDS and Income Tax documentation

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

• Strong attention to detail and follow up skills

• Ability to manage deadlines and maintain organised financial records
