• Maintain daily financial transactions and accounting records.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, payments and vouchers.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable and ledgers.
• Perform bank reconciliation and monthly reporting.
• Handle tax-related records and compliance.
• Prepare financial statements and support audit activities.
• Use MS Excel and accounting software for bookkeeping.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers and internal departments.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
