Accountant

Role & responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records, vouchers, invoices, receipts, and payment entries.
• Handle cash transactions, petty cash, bank reconciliation, and expense tracking.
• Prepare and maintain purchase, sales, and expense records.
• Verify bills, invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documents.
• Maintain accurate stock and inventory records for materials and products.
• Receive, inspect, and issue materials as per approved requirements.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment of materials.
• Maintain inward and outward registers, stock ledgers, and inventory documentation.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate with suppliers, purchase teams, and internal departments regarding materials and payments.
• Assist in preparing monthly stock and accounting reports.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting and store-related records.

• Professional in Talley.
• Professional in MS office.
• Experience in accounts.
