Job Title: Accountant

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations, ensure accurate financial records, and support compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts including journal entries, ledgers, and vouchers
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Manage bank reconciliations and cash flow statements
• Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
• Assist in payroll processing and related accounting entries
• Support internal and external audits
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2-5 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation
• Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting software
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and compliance regulations
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

• CA Inter / CMA Inter / equivalent certification
• Experience in handling audits
• Industry-specific accounting experience (if applicable)
