- Manage day-to-day accounting activities for the organization.
- Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation.
- Handle accounting operations using Tally Prime and Focus ERP.
- Perform inventory verification and stock reconciliation.
- Prepare and record journal entries and general accounting transactions.
- Handle GST and TDS-related accounting activities.
- Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate records of retail/POS accounting transactions.
- Prepare and analyze financial data using MS Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams for accounting, inventory, and reconciliation requirements.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting activities.
- Tally Prime – Mandatory.
- Focus ERP – Required.
- Strong knowledge of inventory verification and stock reconciliation.
- Good knowledge of journal entries and general accounting.
- Knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Bank, vendor, and customer reconciliation skills.
- Strong MS Excel skills, including:
- VLOOKUP
- Pivot Tables
- Retail/POS accounting experience preferred.
- B.Com / M.Com or relevant degree.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience.
- Retail accounting experience is preferred.
- Gender: Female.
- Age: Up to 35 years.
- Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad.
