Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, financial records, reconciliations, invoicing, taxation, and compliance-related tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles and hands-on experience with accounting software and GST/TDS.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Record and maintain purchase, sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
• Prepare and process invoices, bills, debit/credit notes, and payment records.
• Perform bank, vendor, and customer ledger reconciliation.
• Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements.
• Assist in GST returns, TDS returns, and other periodic compliance activities.
• Verify invoices and supporting documents before processing payments.
• Follow up on outstanding receivables and maintain proper payment records.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and account statements.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial documentation.
• Coordinate with auditors, vendors, customers, and internal departments whenever required.
• Support the Finance Manager in accounting and financial reporting activities
