JOB DESCRIPTION / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage all financial activities and ensure compliance with local financial regulations, including VAT/GAZT requirements.
• Prepare monthly revenue forecasts and payment plans.
• Prepare operational cash flow reports.
• Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Issue customer invoices promptly with assistance from the Sales Team.
• Process supplier payments and ensure timely settlements.
• Maintain accurate financial records in Odoo.
• Prepare monthly reports as required by management.
• Monitor Accounts Receivable aging and outstanding balances.
• Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments in coordination with the Sales Team.
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of day-to-day accounting activities.
