Accountant

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage order to cash process from receipt of orders to payment collection, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Apply cash payments received from customers against outstanding invoices, maintaining accurate records and reports.
• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies, working closely with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to queries related to orders, invoices, and payments.

Job Requirements :

• 2-5 years of experience in Order-to-Cash (OTC) operations or similar role.
• Strong understanding of cash applications, OTC processes, and ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers via phone or email.
