Accountant

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory management.
  
• Prepare financial statements such as balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and cash flow statements.
  
• Ensure compliance with tax laws by filing returns on time and maintaining accurate records.
  
• Conduct audits to identify areas for improvement in internal controls and processes.
  
• Provide support to senior management on strategic planning and decision-making.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-6 years of experience in general accounting or finance role.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification.
  
• Proficiency in Tally ERP software; knowledge of GST, TDS, balance sheet finalization, taxation laws an added advantage.
