About this role
- Assist in day-to-day accounting operations including data entry, voucher preparation, and ledger maintenance
- Record and reconcile financial transactions in Tally or equivalent accounting software
- Support in preparation of GST returns, TDS workings, and other statutory compliance filings
- Assist in bank reconciliation statements (BRS) on a regular basis
- Maintain and file accounting documents, invoices, and supporting records in an organised manner
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for invoice verification and payment processing
- Assist in preparation of MIS reports, expense statements, and monthly accounts summaries
- Support the finance team during audits by providing relevant records and documents
- Track accounts payable and accounts receivable and follow up for pending payments
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all financial entries as per company policies
