Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities and ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in accounting software, taxation, and financial record management, with the ability to work independently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and books of accounts
• Handle GST compliance, including return filing and reconciliations
• Manage TDS calculations, deductions, and return filings
• Generate and manage E-Way Bills
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and statutory records
• Assist in audit preparation and coordination
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and taxation regulations
• Maintain accurate financial documentation and records
• Support management with financial data and reports as required

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
• Proven experience as an Accountant (minimum 3 years preferred)
• Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime
• Practical experience with GST, TDS, and statutory compliances
• Good understanding of accounting principles and taxation laws
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Hands-on experience with Tally Prime
• Practical knowledge of GST return filing and reconciliation
• Experience in TDS calculation, deduction, and filing
• Ability to generate and manage E-Way Bills
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping
• Experience in bank and ledger reconciliation
• Knowledge of statutory and taxation compliance
• High accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
