Accountant

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Prepare and review financial statements, such as balance sheets and income statements.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws by preparing TDS returns and other relevant documents on time.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for real estate projects.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations (e.g. GAAP).
• Proficiency in preparing financial reports using software like Excel or QuickBooks.
• Experience working with real estate industry clients or companies.
