About the Role

We are looking for an Accountant with 3+ years of relevant experience to manage day-to-day accounting, GST, TDS, reconciliations, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates with export accounting experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Record accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
• Prepare and assist in filing GST and TDS returns and ensure timely compliance.
• Support monthly and yearly closing activities.
• Prepare MIS reports and other financial reports for management.
• Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, and consultants during audits and compliance activities.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Handle accounting and documentation related to export transactions, wherever applicable.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS, AP, AR, and reconciliations.
• Hands-on experience with Tally Prime and MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and commonly used formulas.
• Good understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Export accounting experience will be an added advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with accuracy.
