Urgent Requirement Accountant | Residential Community Club

Position: Accountant

Location: Sector 44, Noida

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain complete books of accounts of the Residential Community Club.
• Handle day-to-day accounting, ledger scrutiny, bank reconciliation and financial records.
• Manage Tally Prime and ensure timely updating of accounting transactions.
• Prepare and manage GST returns, GST reconciliation and related compliances.
• Handle TDS calculation, payment, return filing and reconciliation.
• Assist in Income Tax compliance, return filing and related matters.
• Prepare monthly/periodic financial statements, income & expenditure statements and management reports.
• Maintain records relating to maintenance collections, vendor payments, expenses, receivables and payables of the Residential Community Club.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, vendors, residents and management committee members, as required.
• Assist in annual audit and preparation of financial statements.

Ensure timely compliance with all applicable statutory requirements

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong practical knowledge of Tally Prime, GST, TDS and Income Tax.
• Experience in handling accounts of a Residential Society / RWA / Community Club / Club House will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliances.
• Should be capable of working independently and taking responsibility for the complete accounting function.
• Good command over MS Excel and other accounting tools.
• Honest, responsible, organised and detail-oriented.
