Role & responsibilities

At Polaris Realm, we deliver high-quality construction and real estate developments defined by precision, structural integrity, and modern design. As our project portfolio expands, we are seeking a detail-oriented, highly skilled Senior Accountant to manage financial operations across both our construction and real estate divisions.

• Track project-based costs, job costing, WIP (Work-in-Progress), and material allocations across active site developments.
• Reconcile contractor, subcontractor, and vendor billings, ensuring milestone compliance and accurate retention holds.
• Audit and verify site expenses, inventory movement, and bill of quantities (BOQ) financial reporting.

• Manage cash flow, booking advances, customer payment schedules, and installment tracking for real estate transactions.
• Oversee rental/lease schedules, security deposits, and asset valuations.
• Coordinate with sales and legal teams to issue demand letters, receipts, and NOCs for property buyers.

Preferred candidate profile

Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables), and relevant ERP construction management tools.
