Accountant Trainee

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, Tally, and MS Excel, along with good numerical and analytical skills. This role offers an opportunity to learn and develop practical experience in accounting and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining daily accounting records and financial transactions.
• Support bookkeeping and basic accounting activities.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining invoices, vouchers, and other financial documents.
• Enter and update financial data using Tally and MS Excel.
• Help maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable.
• Assist in bank reconciliation and other routine accounting tasks.
• Verify financial entries and documents for accuracy.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth finance and accounts operations.
• Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• B.Com / M.Com or an equivalent qualification.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Basic knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to learn, take responsibility, and work in a team.
