Accountant Team Lead

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage accounts finalisation, bank reconciliation, GST compliance, and TDS returns for the organization.
  
• Oversee team members' workload distribution to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  
• Develop and implement effective accounting processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to finances.
  
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and maintain a high level of accuracy in all financial transactions.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in accountancy, auditing, or a related field.
  
• M.Com degree from a recognized university (Any Specialization).
  
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint; knowledge of ERP systems an added advantage.
