Accountant / Tally Accountant

Role & Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting in TallyPrime, including sales, purchases, payments, receipts and journal entries.
• Manage GST-related work, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation and e-way bills.
• Maintain customer and supplier ledgers, outstanding payments and bank reconciliations.
• Handle inventory accounting, debit notes, credit notes and purchase reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly accounting reports and coordinate with the CA for GST and other statutory compliance.
• Maintain accurate financial records for a manufacturing company.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2 years of practical accounting experience.
• Strong working knowledge of TallyPrime, GST and MS Excel.
• Experience in a manufacturing or trading company preferred.
• Able to handle accounting responsibilities independently.
• Good accuracy, discipline and attention to detail.
• Candidates residing within 5-10 km of Cherlapally/Mallapur preferred.
• Must be comfortable working full-time from our factory office.
• Candidates must provide their current residential location when applying.
