About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities at our plant location in Gudli. The candidate should have practical knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS, statutory filings, reconciliations and compliance-related activities.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities at the plant.
• Maintain and update accounting records, vouchers, invoices and supporting documents.
• Handle GST-related activities, including data preparation, reconciliation and filing support.
• Handle TDS-related activities, including deduction, reconciliation and filing.
• Prepare and maintain GST and TDS records and ensure timely compliance.
• Prepare Monthly MIS from Tally and Day to Day Sales Reporting.
• Perform vendor/customer ledger reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
• Verify purchase invoices, bills and other accounting documents.
• Coordinate with the Corporate Office for accounting, finance and compliance-related matters.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for audit purposes.
• Assist in monthly closing and preparation of accounting reports.
• Support internal and statutory audits as required.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
• Perform other accounting and finance-related activities as assigned.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter /Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing/plant environment.
• Good practical knowledge of GST and TDS and their filing/compliance requirements.
• Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Experience in ledger reconciliation, invoice verification and documentation.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software/ERP.
• Good analytical and numerical skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and meet compliance deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Location, Working Hours & Transportation
Plant Location: Gudli, Udaipur, Rajasthan
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, inclusive of travel time.
Pick & Drop Facility: The company will provide pick-and-drop transportation from the GoodDot Corporate Office:
1st Floor, Crossway, Above Kailash Parbar Restaurant, near Celebration Mall, Bhuwana, Udaipur
Candidates should be comfortable working at the plant location in Gudli and travelling as part of the daily work schedule.
Preferred Candidate
The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, responsible and well-versed in GST & TDS compliance, with the ability to handle routine accounting activities at the plant while coordinating with the Corporate Office.
