About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the organization's financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and accounting transactions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Prepare GST/VAT, TDS, PF AND ESI, ITR and other statutory filings (as applicable).
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of accounting experience (preferred).
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
