    Job Overview
    This position will report to the Process Delivery Supervisor and act as a senior member of S2P teams focused on Invoice Processing and discrepancy management. The candidate will act as deputy to the team lead during busy periods.


    Job Requirements
  1. Be a Subject Matter Expert for S2P related topics, develop skills knowledge of other junior S2P analysts
  2. Process of accounting and financial data in an accurate and timely manner within S2P area
  3. Ensure compliance with tax and other statutory requirements of the local markets
  4. Work with business stakeholders to resolve payment issues
  5. Execute and support coordination of S2P month end close activities
  6. Ensure strong working knowledge of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level agreements (SLAs), providing inputs to continuously improve performance benchmarks
  7. Identify and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the S2P function, ensuring that improvements are incorporated in the work routine.
  8. Develop understanding of the business, including main products, industry supplier knowledge
  9. Build strong relationship with key stakeholders

  10. 4 to 6+ years of relevant experience.
  11. Very good Understanding of S2P processes and associated technology platforms
  12. Experience with ERP system
  13. Experience and practical knowledge of MS office applications.
  14. Diversified Industrial Products/Manufacturing industry experience preferred
  15. Very Good communication / Proficiency in English.
  16. Strong accounting background
  17. Strong organizational and analytical skills

  19. Solid problem solving and detail oriented
  20. Continuous Improvement Mindset
  21. Strong written and oral communication skills
    Power BI, Business Intelligence, Advance Excel, VBA and Macros
