About this role
We are hiring an experienced Accountant for a well-established TMT steel bar manufacturer at Kanjikode, Palakkad. You will handle day-to-day accounts and GST compliance for the plant. Immediate joining.
Role & responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping
- Prepare and file GST returns; ensure statutory compliance
- Process sales and purchase invoices accurately
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts
- Manage vendor and customer accounts
- Prepare month-end reports for management
Preferred candidate profile:
- B.Com or M.Com
- 3-5 years of accounting experience
- Hands-on GST filing experience (must)
- Manufacturing / industrial sector experience preferred
- Good working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel
Salary & benefits:
- Rs 18,000 - 25,000 per month, based on experience
- Immediate joining
- Work location: Kanjikode, Palakkad (office role)
