Accountant - E-commerce and GST - Vasai

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage daily accounting, GST compliance, bank reconciliation and financial records for our e-commerce business operating across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally Prime.
• Manage sales, purchase, expense and bank entries.
• Handle GST compliance, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and ITC reconciliation.
• Reconcile bank accounts and marketplace settlements.
• Verify marketplace commissions, deductions, TDS and TCS.
• Maintain vendor accounts, outstanding payments and import expenses.
• Prepare monthly P&L, Trial Balance and other financial reports.
• Coordinate with the Chartered Accountant for GST filings and audits.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely compliance.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of Tally Prime, GST and Excel.
• Experience in bank reconciliation and bookkeeping.
• E-commerce or multi-state GST experience preferred.
• Good accuracy, follow-up skills and ownership of assigned work.
