Accountant cum Back Office - Vasai - Female Candidates Only

Role & responsibilities

• Basic day to day accounting work using Tally Prime.
• Preparing Sales Invoices, E-invoice, E-way bills & proforma invoice.
• Posting purchase bills entry, generating credit note & debit note.
• Payment follow up, Bank Reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
• Regular ledger scrutiny and confirmation with clients
• Preparing purchase order, quotations, work order.
• Handling petty cash and managing office & staff expenses
• Must know GST working & filing returns
• TDS working
• Stock Entry and making data entries in ERP software ( training will be provided ).

Preferred candidate profile

Applicant should be hands on with Tally Prime and GST filing.

Proficiency in MS Office ( word & excel ).

Candidate should have a minimum typing speed of 35 - 40 w.p.m.

Quick learner and basic communication skills.
