Accountant / Billing Executive

• Handle day-to-day accounting and billing activities
• Tally Prime entries for sales, purchase, receipts and payments
• Prepare GST invoices and maintain billing records
• Generate and manage E-Way Bills and E-Invoices
• Maintain customer and supplier ledgers
• GST-related data and documentation
• Bank, cash and ledger reconciliation
• Coordinate with customers and suppliers for billing and payment follow-ups
• Basic Excel work and report preparationRole & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

• 2 to 3 years of experience in Accounts/Billing
• Good knowledge of Tally Prime
• Practical knowledge of GST, E-Way Bill and E-Invoice
• Good Excel and computer skills
• Experience in trading/distribution or computer hardware industry preferred
• Candidate should be able to handle accounts and billing independently
