Accountant - Bangalore

Role & responsibilities : Masadir HR Services Private Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. This role requires advanced Excel skills and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update financial records

Prepare monthly financial statements and reports

Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts

Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards

Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow

Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning and analysis

Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation

Preferred candidate profile : Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting

Proficiency in advanced Excel functions

Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
