Accountant & Admin Executive

Job Summary

This is a hands-on role. You d be handling:

• Day-to-day accounting in Tally and Zoho Books
• Payroll processing and monthly statutory filings
• Coordination with our CA on compliance and returns
• Vendor management and bank payments
• Asset management and general office administration

Requirements

• 1 2 years of hands-on experience (not classroom knowledge)
• Working command of Tally, Zoho Books, payroll and compliance
• Someone who chases the invoice, follows up with the vendor, and closes the loop without being asked

Location and Work Schedule

This is a work-from-office role in Hinjewadi Phase 1, Pune

Office hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and we re strict about them

If a fixed-hours, in-office role doesn t suit you, this isn t the one and that s completely fair. If it does, you ll be the person the whole company depends on to keep things running clean.
