    • Session coordination: Send pre-session reminders, instructions, and links; coordinate with coaches, hosts, and co-coaches; and help ensure students are technically ready.
    • Attendance and participation tracking: Monitor attendance and punctuality, maintain attendance sheets and screenshots, track engagement, and share updates with the internal team.
    • Post-session follow-up: Share recordings, notes, captions, worksheets, mind maps, links, and other learning materials within required timelines.

    • Payment and agreement follow-up: Remind students about pending payments, forms, agreements, and other program requirements professionally and on time.
    • Progress monitoring: Identify students with low engagement, missed sessions, or pending tasks and proactively reach out to understand barriers and support completion.
    • Team collaboration: Coordinate with coaches and the internal team, communicate urgent issues promptly, and provide coverage for essential tasks when required.
    • Program support: Assist with special activities, retreats, schedule changes, and other program-related tasks as required.

    • Proactive ownership: Ability to anticipate potential problems, follow up without repeated reminders, and take responsibility for closure.
    • Technology adaptability: Willingness to learn digital platforms, AI-enabled tools, online learning systems, video-conferencing tools, spreadsheets, and messaging applications.
    • Follow-up and accountability: Consistent tracking of attendance, tasks, deadlines, and student commitments.
    • Organization and time management: Ability to manage multiple students, communications, sessions, and deadlines accurately.
    • Community engagement and motivation: Ability to encourage participation, maintain a positive group environment, and handle sensitive conversations with empathy.
    • Attention to detail: Accurate record-keeping, calendar updates, session documentation, and timely sharing of resources.
    • Teamwork and adaptability: Ability to coordinate across teams, learn quickly, and support changing program needs.
