Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by identifying and acquiring new clients within your assigned territory.
• Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Conduct regular field visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to prospective and existing clients.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing significantly to the company's revenue goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in account sales, with a proven track record in field sales.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for engaging with clients and presenting effectively.
• A proactive, results-oriented approach with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales quotas.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to build rapport and close deals.
