Job Role

• Booking of customer receipt entries in SAP Or Tally with proper accounting accuracy.
• Handling daily accounts receivable transactions and maintaining customer ledger records.
• Performing customer account reconciliation and resolving outstanding balance differences.
• Preparation and completion of 26AS reconciliation with books of accounts.
• Verification of TDS deductions and ensuring correct accounting treatment of TDS receivable entries.
• Understanding applicability of TDS provisions on customer payments and deductions.
• Maintaining proper documentation and records for receipt entries and reconciliations.
