Account Receivables Finance Executive

Role & responsibilities

Must-Have Requirements

• Fluent French language skills for customer communication.
• Hands-on Accounts Receivable (AR) experience and strong understanding of AR processes and controls.
• In-depth SAP knowledge, particularly in AR-related activities.
• Excellent Excel skills and strong computer literacy.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer ledger activities, including cash allocation, credit notes, disputes, write-offs, and reconciliations.
• Ensure SAP invoices, credit notes, and debit notes are billed and delivered to customers on time.
• Monitor interfaces and resolve interface- and EDI-related issues.
• Manage customer queries relating to pricing, delivery, A&P, and rebate deductions, ensuring timely resolution.
• Support timely credit-blocked order releases and direct debit/outgoing payment runs in line with market needs and SLAs.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Support CARM/Sarbanes-Oxley controls and GAR audits.
• Maintain process documentation and Desktop Procedures, and keep updates accurately recorded.
• Deliver training to new joiners and existing team members on new or changed processes.
• Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement across markets.
• Coordinate with the Team Leader, Governance team, and customer-facing teams to communicate process changes and resolve operational issues.
• Support other STC processing activities as required, including customer data, order entry, billing, clearing, price/delivery credit notes, customer spend, and rebate processing.
• Execute Anti-Money Laundering and OFAC checks as appropriate.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate combines fluent French communication skills with practical Accounts Receivable experience, strong SAP knowledge, and excellent Excel/reporting capability. They should be comfortable managing customer queries, reconciliations, audit controls, and process improvements in a deadline-driven environment.
