Role Objective

The Account Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring
accurate financial records, compliance with statutory requirements, timely invoicing, collections
support, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Accounting & Bookkeeping -
Maintain accurate books of accounts in ERP/accounting systems
Record Collection entries, provisions, accruals, and adjustments
Perform monthly closing activities and reconciliations
2. Invoicing & Revenue Accounting

3) Ensure timely and accurate invoicing as per agreements
Verify bill-to / ship-to details, GSTIN, service period, and commercials
4) Handle invoice cancellations, credit/debit notes with proper approvals
5) Ensure revenue recognition as per accounting standards and internal policy
6) Receivables & Collections Support

Track customer receivables and ageing
Coordinate with sales and collections team for timely recovery
Follow up on discrepancies, short payments, and deductions
Support reconciliation of customer accounts
Customer Coordination

Resolve billing, tax, and payment-related queries
Coordinate with customers, brokers, and internal stakeholders
Ensure proper documentation for third-party payments, consents, and declarations
Internal Controls & Process Compliance

Adhere to company policies, SOPs, and approval matrices
Identify control gaps and suggest process improvements
Ensure proper documentation and audit trail in ERP/CRM
Reporting & MIS

Prepare periodic MIS reports on billing, collections, and ageing
Support management reporting and ad-hoc analysis
Assist seniors in financial reviews and reconciliations
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and GST
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Tally /NAV/ NetSuite or similar)
Good understanding of invoicing, revenue, and receivables
Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
Good communication and coordination skills
High attention to detail and ownership mindset
