Key Skills:

• Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing & Collections
• Credit Control & Customer Reconciliation
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups, MIS Reporting)
• ERP/Accounting Systems (Tally/Zoho Books preferred)
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end AR operations including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations
• Drive collection plans and reduce outstanding receivables
• Monitor ageing reports, overdue balances, and DSO
• Collaborate with Sales teams to resolve payment and billing issues
• Lead and mentor the AR team while ensuring process efficiency
