Job Description:

AR Calling Physician Billing - CMS1500 / Hospital Billing UB04

Experience: 1 to 5 years in AR calling

Location: Mohali

Shift: Complete night shift (US Timings)

Responsibilities:

* Work on Physician claims - CMS1500

* Call insurance companies for claim follow-up

* Check claim status and payment details

* Follow-up on pending, denied or unpaid claims

* Update claim details in the system

* Meet daily calling target

Requirements:

* Experience in AR calling Physician Billing

* Knowledge on CMS1500 form

* Good communication skills

* Comfortable with calling insurance payers

Experience:

* 1 to 5 years in AR calling - physician billing
