Experience Range: - Minimum 3-7 years of experience in Finance of Power Transformers or Any Manufacturing Industry

Qualification: - B.Com/M.com/CA Intern or Graduation in Account and Finance Management

Location: Karjan, Vadodara

Industry Type: The person should be from the Power Transformer Industry. A local person would be preferred.

Salary Range: As per industry salary standards

Reports To: Finance Head

Job Purpose

The Accounts Payable Accountant is responsible for overseeing the company's financial accounting processes, executing the department's annual strategy, ensuring timely payables and reimbursements, and maintaining overall compliance with internal financial controls and safety standards (HSSE).

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Implement and manage the decomposed operational tasks derived from the department's annual financial plan.
• Oversee and audit financial accounting for capital construction projects and pilot research projects; monitor fund allocation and usage to ensure efficiency and control.
• Prepare and consolidate company financial statements, including monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting reports.
• Lead and organize annual final financial accounting and closure procedures.
• Verify and process all accounts payable accurately.
• Audit daily fund requests, cash advances, and employee expense reimbursement bills.
• Ensure timely disbursements and reimbursements to support smooth business operations and foster positive relationships with vendors and suppliers.
