Designation - Manager-Finance & Accounts

Reports to - Corporate Manager - Finance & Accounts

Experience 2 - 6 years of relevant experience in core accounting & compliance

Education Commerce Graduate (B.Com/M.Com) and/or Semi-Qualified CA (Inter)

Role & responsibilities

1. Verify vendor invoices against PO, GRN and supporting documents.

2. Perform 3-way or 2-way matching and resolve invoice discrepancies.

3. Process non-PO and PO invoices accurately and with thein defined timelines.

4. Prepare vendor payments and coordinate with Treasury/Finance team.

5. Handle GST, TDS and other statutory deductions applicable to vendor payments.

6. Ensure timely booking of expenses, provisions and accruals.

7. Perform AP ageing analysis and follow up on outstanding invoices.

8. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve old/unmatched items.

9. Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

10. Prepare AP-related MIS and management reports.

11. Coordinate with Procurement, Stores, Business teams, vendors and auditors.

12. Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls and accounting standards.

13. Identify opportunities for AP process improvement and automation
