Account & Operation Executive

Role & Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting activities including data entry, invoices, and bank reconciliation.
• Prepare and maintain financial records, vouchers, and supporting documentation.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable and coordinate with vendors and clients for payments.
• Assist in preparing GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance reports.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Coordinate with management for budgeting, cash flow, and financial planning.
• Oversee logistics and operational activities related to shipments, documentation, and coordination with transporters or export agents (if applicable).
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and operational expenses.
• Ensure timely communication between accounts and operations departments.
• Assist management in process improvement and internal control systems.

• Export documentation and preparation of custom clearance of export with CHA
• Coordination with CHA and forwarder for export shipment

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1 to 5 years of experience in accounting and operations (experience in export/import or manufacturing industry preferred).
• Knowledge of Tally ERP / Zoho Books / QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic compliance procedures.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of local language is a plus).
• Proficient in MS Excel and documentation handling.
• Detail-oriented, honest, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
