Processand verify KYC documents for account opening of Sole Proprietorship,Partnership Firms, Companies, Trusts, Societies, and TASC entities as per bankguidelines.
Ensureaccurate inwarding, FTNR tracking, document verification, and data validationwhile maintaining regulatory compliance and nil operational loss.
Adhereto defined TATs for account opening activities to ensure superior customerservice and stakeholder satisfaction.
Coordinatewith business/front-end teams for query resolution, deviation approvals, andseamless account onboarding.
ConductKYC/process training for employees, manage operational MIS, and drive processimprovement initiatives to enhance efficiency and controls.
Skills :
Experiencein preparing and maintaining MIS reports, dashboards, and operational trackers.
Proficientin Microsoft Excel.
