Role Description The Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gorakhpur. This role is responsible for managing relationships with healthcare clients, pharmacies, and other partners to ensure their needs are met and services are delivered effectively. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing client accounts, processing and tracking orders, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues, and maintaining accurate records of communications and transactions. The Account Manager will monitor account performance, identify opportunities to improve service quality, and support business growth through consistent, professional collaboration with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management and customer service skills, with the ability to address inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
- Organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple accounts, tracking orders, and maintaining detailed documentation.
- Basic knowledge of healthcare or pharmaceutical operations, or a willingness to learn industry-specific processes and terminology.
- Proficiency with office productivity software and digital tools for data entry, reporting, and communication.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant experience in account management, sales support, or operations is preferred.
- Diploma or degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field is an advantage.
