Account Manager

Role & responsibilities

Accounting and Financial Management

• Maintain accurate financial records and accounting entries in Tally.
• Handle daily accounting activities such as journal entries, ledger management, and account reconciliation.
• Monitor company expenses and ensure proper recording of financial transactions.

Tally Data Management

• Manage all accounting entries and financial records using Tally software.
• Ensure proper documentation and organization of financial data.
• Verify and maintain accuracy of all accounting records.

Taxation and Compliance

• Handle GST filings, tax returns, and other statutory filings.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and government tax requirements.
• Maintain records related to taxation and financial audits.

Financial Reporting

• Prepare financial reports, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets.
• Provide financial data and reports to management when required.
• Assist in financial planning and budgeting.

Audit and Documentation

• Maintain proper documentation for financial transactions.
• Coordinate with auditors during internal or external audits.
• Ensure all financial records are properly maintained and updated.

Preferred candidate profile

Education

• M.Com (Master of Commerce) is added Advantage.

Experience

• 5 years of experience in accounting and financial management.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Tally accounting software.
• Good understanding of taxation, GST filings, and financial compliance.
• Experience in maintaining financial records and reports.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.
• Ability to manage accounting activities independently.
