Account Manager

Screenotex (India) Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to handle day-to-day accounting operations, GST and TDS compliance, domestic and export billing, bank reconciliation, e-way bill generation, and audit-related activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally Prime/Premium and strong knowledge of accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities using Tally Prime/Premium.
• Handle GST and TDS calculations, filings, and compliance.
• Manage domestic and export billing operations.
• Perform bank account reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
• Generate and manage e-way bills as per applicable regulations.
• Maintain accurate accounting records, ledgers, and financial documentation.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Prepare accounting reports and ensure timely completion of financial transactions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• B.Com graduate or above, preferably with a background in accounting or finance.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime/Premium, MS Excel, and MS Word.
• Practical experience in GST, TDS, domestic and export billing, bank reconciliation, and e-way bills.
• Experience in audit coordination and statutory compliance.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage accounting activities independently.
