Accounts Receivable & Payable Manager - Apparel Industry

Location- Patparganj, Delhi

We are looking for an experienced AR & AP Manager to manage receivables, payables, reconciliations, compliance, reporting, and the accounts team in an apparel/manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable operations.
• Monitor customer outstanding, collections, credit limits and ageing.
• Manage vendor invoices, payments, advances and reconciliations.
• Handle deductions, returns, discounts, debit/credit notes and payment disputes.
• Prepare AR/AP ageing, cash-flow forecasts, payment plans and MIS reports.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Merchandising, Stores, Production and Logistics teams.
• Lead the accounts team and ensure accurate and timely accounting.
• Ensure proper ledger reconciliation and financial accuracy.
• Coordinate year-end closing, statutory audit and finalisation of annual financial statements/annual report.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8-12 years of experience in Accounts/Finance, preferably in the Apparel/Garment/Manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of AR, AP, reconciliation, GST, TDS and financial reporting.
• Min 3 Years of SAP (Hana) Experience is mandatory
• Experience in audit coordination and year-end finalisation.
• Good leadership, analytical and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
