• Proven experience in Account Management and Client Stakeholder Management.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
• Experience managing large-scale hiring projects and recruitment teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working with ATS, recruitment metrics, and reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and hiring priorities simultaneously.
