Account Manager

Accounts & Finance Manager:

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting:

• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management for decision-making purposes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

2.Budgeting and Forecasting:

• Develop annual budgets in collaboration with department heads and senior management.
• Monitor budget performance and variance analysis.
• Forecast financial trends and assist in strategic planning initiatives.

3.Taxation:

• Oversee all tax-related matters, including income tax, sales tax, and other applicable taxes.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
• Manage and coordinate tax audits as & when require.
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of all corporate GST returns.
• Monthly GSTR 2A Reconciliation
• Coordinate with external tax advisors for tax planning and optimization strategies.

4.Financial Control:

• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and risk mitigation.
• Develop and enforce financial policies and procedures.

5.Cash Management:

• Manage cash flow and liquidity to meet operational needs.
• Optimize working capital and minimize financial risk.
• Monitor banking activities and maintain relationships with financial institutions.

6.Financial Analysis:

• Conduct financial analysis to support business decision-making.
• Evaluate investment opportunities and provide recommendations.
• Perform cost analysis and identify areas for cost reduction or efficiency improvement.

7.Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards.
• Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and assess their impact on the company.
• Liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities as required.

8.Accounting & E-Payment:

• Ensure the proper accounting of all transaction in tally within time frame.
• Ensure monthly Salary, EPF, ESIC payment without any panality or delay.
• Preparation and recording monthly sales incentive details for all concerns, if any.
• E-payment transfer to employees, clients, vendor etc, as and when requires.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification.
• 7 preferred years of progressive experience in accounting and finance roles, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• In-depth knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in accounting softwares and MS Office suite.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
