Account Manager

Position Overview

Vistar Logitek Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Accounts Manager to manage accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, and project-wise financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain monthly project-wise Profit & Loss (P&L) statements.
• Prepare cash flow statements and conduct financial analysis.
• Monitor and control budgets and project-wise expenses.
• Manage accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Ensure timely and accurate GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Handle taxation-related activities and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation.
• Review and monitor day-to-day accounting transactions.
• Prepare financial reports and MIS as required by management.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and other stakeholders regarding financial matters.
• Support management in financial planning and decision-making.

Eligibility & Requirements

• MBA (Finance) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping.
• Working knowledge of Zoho Books / Zoho Accounting Software.
• Sound understanding of GST, TDS, and related tax compliances.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other computer applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare and analyze financial statements.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary

50,000 – 60,000 per month, depending on qualification and experience.
